Victor "Red" Castaldo began his career in the rubber industry working for H.O. Canfield in the early 1940's. When they shut their doors, Victor bought some of the companys machinery, and in 1949, founded Associated Gaskets Incorporated. Now AGI Rubber Company, we have remained a family run business with a strong commitment to continual improvement and customer satisfaction for over 50 years. Victor ran AGI with pride, integrity and leadership right up until his death in 1993. The company is now led by Victor's son, Jeff, who grew up involved in the rubber business, and specifically AGI. Jeff continues to uphold his fathers sense of leadership and integrity, and is committed to upholding the continual improvement process and customer satisfaction that was started by his father.
